1. What Peli Is

peli is a private journaling and reflection app for adults 18 years and older. write guided or free entries, attach photos if you want, browse timeline, and reopen an older entry in revisit. it is not counseling, not a social network, and not emergency care.

2. How The Main Areas Work

today is for a new entry. answer the prompts or switch to free writing. you do not have to fill every field.

timeline lists saved entries, newest first. open any entry to edit, delete, or read later reflections.

revisit opens one past entry at a time. reading it, answering the reflection prompts, and saving counts as completing that revisit. swapping entries uses the daily quota.

me is for vip, coins, prompt packs, restore purchases, help, and legal documents.

3. Common Questions

do i need to buy something to start? no. the free plan lets you journal. vip, coins, and extra packs are optional.

do i need the internet? you may need a connection to sign in, save or load entries, complete a store purchase, or restore a purchase.

where does my writing live? with your account, on the systems we use to provide peli. it is not posted for other people. removing the app from a device does not by itself delete that account copy. use delete account & data in me, or email us, if you want the account deleted.

is peli for children? no. you must be at least 18 years old.

is peli therapy? no. if you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

4. Vip, Coins, And Prompt Packs

vip is an auto-renewing membership billed by apple. while it is active, daily revisit and photo limits are higher and every prompt pack is unlocked. purchased virtual currency does not expire. coins are spent inside peli for an extra revisit after the free daily quota, or to unlock one themed prompt pack.

subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase or within 24 hours before renewal.

purchased items are licensed for personal use within peli and have no cash value. fuller purchase rules are in the terms of use.

5. Restore And Missing Purchases

after a reinstall, use restore purchases with the Apple Account associated with the purchase.

if vip, coins, or a pack do not come back: confirm you are on that same Apple Account, try restore again, then open app store purchase history. email us with the approximate purchase date and whether the item was vip, coins, or a pack. do not send card numbers. apple already holds billing details.

refunds, failed charges, taxes, and family sharing go to apple support. we cannot credit an app store charge from our own systems.

6. What We Can Help With

we can help with today, timeline, revisit, and me; with an entry that will not save; with restore not returning an item you already bought; and with privacy or license questions.

we cannot change apple billing on our own, recover journal text after you delete an entry or delete your account, give medical or legal advice, or dispatch emergency services.

7. Reporting A Problem

when you write to larenityofarhazubiandoro@outlook.com, please include:

• whether the issue is about writing, revisit, restore, or something else.
• what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
• the store you used (apple app store) and the approximate purchase date, if a purchase is involved.

8. Legal Documents

read the privacy policy to see how information is handled. read the terms of use for the rules of using peli, including store purchases. read the end user license agreement for the software license. using peli means you agree to those documents.

9. Hours And Language

support is provided by email in english. we are not a 24-hour emergency desk. if you do not see a reply after several business days, send a short follow-up with the same subject line so we can find the original message.
